Construction surveillance

The construction surveillance in Jokioinen has been partially transferred with the city of Forssa and municipalities of Jokioinen, Tammela and Ypäjä as a regionally combined service. The municipality of Humppila will also be joining. The purpose of this collaboration is to give the people and the operators of this region equally similar amount of guidance, advice, permit interpretations and even try to keep a full time service available everywhere in the region.

The construction service office is located at Forssa’s city hall (Turuntie 18, 30100 Forssa). You can also arrange a meeting with the building inspector in the town hall of Jokioinen by calling the number 03 4141 5325.

The building inspector grants permissions to every type of construction permit.

Exceptive permissions are decided by the technical board group or by the Häme’s central offices of livelihood, traffic and environment.

Planning equipment solutions are decided by the technical board group.

In addition, the required surveys and inspections from the land usage act and building act are the responsibilities of the building inspector.
